12-Week Manager Training Programme
This structured training programme includes six workshops delivered over twelve weeks.

- Working with Others for Improved Results
This programme is ideal for new managers and can be delivered online or in person. Participants must be committed to completing the work-based projects between sessions. (An 8-week version is also available).
